The customer service phone wait time was extremely long but so worth the wait!
Especially calling twice in one day was a bit overwhelming. I waited 21mins 28secs for the first call on a Fri and got through about 2:30pm and the representative was really nice and knowledgeable. I had to place a second call to confirm things which was placed within 20 mins later or at the next hour at 3pm just about and waited this time 37mins 15 secs to be placed on the phone with a representative who seemed very unprofessional or new among other things which at first made me a little worried of my order but I thanked the operator anyways for there time and wished them a well day.
I sent in a track flower request around 8pm because I did not recieve a e-mail as requested for same day deliverly and around 9pm a representative named Suzanne contacted me.
The order I placed had a few issues:
-The flourist the order was orginally sent to did not deliver to the area.
(Military Base community/RanchLikeSpace.)
- The order also did not go out on the same day as requested and paid.
-There was also no notification or contact to inform me of the above.
Suzzane's customer service was beyond amazing and because of it I would purchase again. Not only did she keep apologizing for something that wasn't her fault might I add, I was refunded back the sameday shipping and handling fee including a purchase upgrade which made me feel really good and cared about! She then reassured me that everything was okay and rewarded me with a gift card for my time and inconvenience going the extra mile with a smile you could hear through the phone.
My order was delivered the next day over. Although via pictures from the recipient the option I had ordered, was not even close to it or the image, (assuming the flourist didn't have the flowers needed and colors in stock) it was still equally beautiful, full and a very nice overall arrangement selection. The bride I had sent them to was very happy with her surprise gift.
Suzanne, the customer service representative from Rachel's team was a delight. She was very polite and kind, spoke clear and professionally. She was very knowledgable, quick in resolving and offering, understanding and gave me not only 100% but a 110% customer service experience.

However my 2nd order I gave the wrong date for delivery & did not get confirmation for the new delivery date yet
Paid for delivery on 30 Sep. Couldn't be accomplished. Flowers were delivered on Saturday, not sure of the times it was a gift, but the bouquet was supposed to be upgraded in consideration of the failed delivery Friday. Bouquet that was delivered was adequate but fell short of expectations.
I was not expecting the 15.00 handling charge added to my flowers. I picked a 35 dollar flower, was told if I input my email, I would get 20% off, and then it turned out that the 20% off was actually already "taken off," which was annoying, but whatever. But then at checkout it added a 15 dollar handling fee and a 3 dollar shipping fee. Total 54. Not impressed with the surprise 15 addition and the phony 20% off.

The flower arrangement was beautiful but the time on delivery was not to my liking it was late in the evening so had to sit outside for awhile before the recipient was home from running evening errands.
I purchased the medium size bouquet. From the picture I received from the recipient, it looked rather small and the flowers in the bouquet were sparse.
It was Okay. Though I wish I could've had it delivered to my residence instead.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
