Pictures are very nice and site easy to use.
I didn't know about a service fee of $15! Until I didn't quite a but of time looking to find the right flowers and then at the very last step, you slip in a service fee that is half the cost of the flowers. Really shady deal. Will never recommend or use this site again!
In addition to my original comment above, my order then was not delivered same day as requested.
When it finally was delivered, it was left on the porch and was not found until I asked about them later in the night. I don't think flowers should be left. They might die!
Also, I picked out flowers with a vase that could be used again as a hanging candle holder. NO! Not what they received. AS well as the card! It should have said Congratulations on it. IT DIDNT!
I am beyond upset and disappointed. I want a full refund.

I love that you get an actual florist made bouquet. The other companies Ups or FedEx flowers to you and you assemble them yourself. If I was a florist no problem but never look as beautiful as the ones you get from here. The care and quick delivery is so worth the price. And the more you order the more your discount. I have always recommended this site to family and friends and if they go another route they ALWAYS ask me where I order from!
Please don't change to the disconnected customer experience like other sites.
