These were a surprise for someone and the arrangement arrived on time. The ordering process was easy and although the price was a little higher than I intended to pay, they ended up being a great value. The flowers were gorgeous and the surprise was executed flawlessly.

The arrangements were beautiful and affordable. I did not receive my order on time and I wrote customer care twice and the told me it had been delivered, so I called the next day and the representative told me that it had not been delivered and that it would be delivered that day. I just didn't appreciate being lied to.

The flowers were a huge hit

The flowers were a huge hit. They were very vibrant and full of color. Very healthy looking. The were delivered quickly and well packaged. I would highly recommend them. I settled on them after shopping around at other sites and finding the same flowers for double and sometimes triple more than on here. I was also reluctant to use a local florist after reading lots of terrible reviews of different ones.

The flowers were fresh and pretty but the photo my mom sent showed only 2 roses and much more filler than the photo I chose from on the website, especially since I upgraded from the basic arrangement.
They were delivered very quickly, which we appreciated.

The order was delivered very promptly and as expected. The vase was very useful as my friend was on holiday so wouldn't have one with her. She was delighted with the flowers!

I had to cancel my first order because when trying to change my payment details, it somehow submitted the order. I wasn't logged in so I couldn't see how to cancel my order, but I emailed FYF immediately asking them to cancel it (through the order tracker form and the customer feedback form), and they did so promptly. Thank you!

When I placed my second order, I was given a handling fee of $14.99. This seems expensive, which is why I have rated my satisfaction with the overall price as low. I think it would be useful to know this price earlier on as then I would search for less expensive flowers to keep the overall cost down. UK buyers - be careful when using PayPal to charge you in pounds for a dollar transaction, as apparently there can be high exchange rates and a sizeable fee. It might be better to get PayPal to charge you in dollars and then your bank will do the currency exchange and charge the fee (though this might still be expensive). I hadn't thought about it before but when searching 'Paypal exchange fee avoid' I found some advice - in the end my friend paid for me on her US credit card.
