Visiting Colorado Springs from Texas to see my fiance and thought to get her flowers before I left. I guess we do it different in Texas. The size of the arrangement was not in line with price. Very disappointed in the flowers although she was happy.

I find it fascinating that this survey won't let me fill in the questions above regarding me experience. I have received flowers from Proflowers on many occasions and they were beautiful. I tried ordering online, experienced a problem and received EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL service from Andrea. Unfortunately, I was horrified at the arrangement my daughter received for her birthday. I called to complain and the representative tried to assist but when i asked for a manager several times my call was never transferred. The pictures online are VERY deceiving and are used to rope you in. I wanted another bouquet sent but was offered a percentage off my order and a gift card towards a future purchase. The only thing i wanted was something to resemble the picture I viewed online. Proflowers refused to provide the name of the florist so i could contact them directly. My daughter was able to retrieve the # from the card and i contacted them myself. The owner Oscar was extremely apologetic and Citiflowers delievered an exquisite replacement bouquet the next day free of charge. In the future i will deal directly with the florist. My very strong suggestion to Proflowers is to NOT place a picture online when it says 'florist choice' and to not offer a color palette option...that way your customers special day will remain special because there will be no expectations.

The recipient of the flowers we sent, posted a picture on facebook to thank us. The flowers she received did not look like the flowers we ordered. Half of the vase was filled with green leaves. The flowers we choose to send, from the picture on your website, were all white. No green "fillers" were in the represented picture. Also the vase was different. It was disappointing since the look we were going for was an all white presentation.
Beautiful flowers, reasonable delivery charge, handling charge was high.

I ordered the premium flowers for the extra large and it was on the small side I wasn't very happy about paying for a large bouquet and getting a small.
The only complaint I have is that the actual bouquet that was delivered looked a bit smaller than I expected it to. I upgraded from the $29.99 to the $39.99 order, assuming the bouquet would be a little fuller. It actually didn't look as full as the one pictured on your site for $29.99.
Didnt like the fact that the roses where not delivered by florist
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
