I ordered the flowers on line for my cousin's Golden Wedding Anniversary, I didn't actually see the flowers that were delivered as I live in another country however my cousin described the flowers as 'gorgeous'. I was impressed with the same day delivery service considering that it was a Sunday when I placed the order.
Went well until I wanted to change the date of delivery - that was a little difficult. I just left it...
I did not order the smallest option of my order yet, it seemed that it was impossible for it to be any smaller. I was definitely disappointed with the medium size order.

After seeing the small dish of plants that were sent to the church for my aunt's funeral, I was pretty upset. It didn't look anything like what I had ordered. After having two bad experiences when I have ordered flowers from somebody on line, they have not been good experiences. Both for family funerals. (Different businesses) It is embarrassing. I had ordered the European basket of plants. What was sent was a small dish of plants that didn't look anything like what I ordered. I got ten dollars back and a 15 dollar gift certificate from this place but I don't live up there and I don't know that I will ever buy anymore flowers for somebody unless I can go to a local place myself and show them what I expect. That gift card for flowers is not going to work for me. When a person lives so far away from a loved one, they should be able to trust that what they ordered is what they will get so they don't have to worry about it. Specially when it is for a loved one. We were already going through a tough time. I would like to know why I didn't get what I ordered or why they didn't call me if they couldn't do what I wanted them to do.
