The flowers looks fresh. A few roses had some brown spots, but not bad. The delivery time stated was "before 5 pm" and I thing they got there at 4:55...LOL

The recipient of the flowers didn't get them until 2 days after delivery on her porch but they were still in great shape and they were wrapped in cellophane which I think help keep them fresh.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
