Ordered flowers for two different people at the same address. You sent to order to two different florists. The first order came with just flowers in a vase, with not even enough water to cover the stems, not what I had ordered. Those came from The Flower Dude. They arrived around 2pm
The second arrangement came from a different florist, Bloomfield Florist. They were what I had ordered, but did not arrive until almost 5 pm.
Tried to call your customer service depart & was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.
Very disappointed, will not use fromyouflowers.com again.

Easy shopping, Very concerned that the delivery did not happen as expected. However, thru several email correspondence, the flowers were delivered the next day. It was a funeral so I wanted to make sure the flowers made the wake, it did not. However, I was thankful for the follow-up.

The picture in the ad was so pretty but not the delivered bouquet. I have a picture if you'd like me to send it to you. I think you'll be surprised.
You should try to get some flowers for under 20
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
