The flowers were beautiful, but there was no balloon. The young man that delivered them reviewed my receipt. Thenhe left and quickly returned with the balloon attaching it to the original flowers.

There are some sites that charge more than advertised price for a vase at all. I can see upgrading, but all should come with a basic vase. Also, I read reviews of a particular bouquet I really wanted and most of the time it didn't get delivered as pictured therefore I chose a simpler item. Hopefully this will get delivered to my boss as pictured online.
Post delivery: Item delivered as pictured! However, despite placing my order 7 days in advance, it was still delivered after 3:00pm, which is disappointing. People who waited until today and ordered elsewhere received theirs earlier. Site offers up charge to be delivered before noon... I should have gone that route. Choose your own priorities!
