The duck vase was so cute in the on line picture. The actual duck vase that was delivered with the flowers was different and not nearly as attractive as a baby gift. Min was disappointed.

I was so pleased to find your web site. I was able to choose from a huge assortment and did not have to go to a store to select my gift from a limited catalogue. They were delivered on the correct date and my sister said they were beautifully arranged in a vase and very fresh. The strawberries were very large, ripe and they were packed in ice so that the chocolate was firm and had not melted. I contacted customer service to ask a question and got an instant reply. I have many occasions to send flowers or gifts and will do so through this company.
I have a confirmation from the recipient that one order arrived, I have an email regarding the other "as delivered". The experience was good so far.
I finally saw the plant basket I had ordered at today's funeral service & was very disappointed. It was quite small even though I upgraded it to a higher price!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
