I wanted the flowers delivered on the 28th and they were delivered on the 25th. The flowers were perfect but delivered on the wrong day.

Nice selection of flowers, was not able to order a ribbon that said " godmother" on the order, despite customer service rep saying I could. I also had difficulty getting through on the customer service line. When I would hit 2, it just kept looping on the message. You may want to check it out.

I specifically ordered an arrangement with lavender roses and other lavender flowers. I got the deluxe arrangement and it showed it having 8 roses and other purple flowers. The arrangement that was delivered had only 3 small purple flowers, 2 pink roses and other pink flowers. The color scheme was not the same as the one I ordered and it didn't have as many flowers as shown in the picture. The arrangement does look nice but just nothing like I expected. I provided my phone number so I feel the florist should have called me to let me know it wouldn't be as pictured.

Great experience flowers were great. I will use them again. Only one problem the field for the name of the business(hospital) where my flowers were being delivered was way too small to put in the name of the hospital. The field needs to be expanded. I was afraid they wouldn't know where to deliver them but I emailed them and they responded very quickly and delivered the flowers to where they needed to go. This was the best company I've dealt with in a florist.

I was very excited to have flowers delivered to my mother, unfortunately the flowers i ordered vs what was given to her was not as beautiful nor complete. The picture online showed 3 lilys and my mom only received 1. I am not happy about that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
