I was pretty sure I selected the regular, non-upgraded version, but the price in the end did not reflect that & I did not see an easy way to change it and did not want to go through the entire process again. I also was not expecting a high service fee tacked on, so that was disappointing.
I only got to see a one-sided picture of the flowers I had delivered. The colors and general flower type seemed to match what I had selected and the flowers were in good condition. However, the proportions were off, so it did not seem well designed. One single side had a giant lily that was hiding all of the much smaller flowers behind it.
Service fee is a bit high - I had asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 28th but they were delivered the next day instead. The person who got them sent me a photo of the flowers and it really did not look like what I ordered, the arrangement was pretty but not exactly what I had ordered...
First time using this site. Will us in again. Very pleased.

In regards to your delivery time, I requested a 10/28/2016 delivery date. This is because the recipient was having her outpatient surgery on Wednesday and I gave her two days to recover. Your delivery was made on Tuesday, the 25th...I appreciate the efficiency but would have preferred her to get the get well card and arrangement after her surgery and on the date I requested, 10/28/2016. It is a beautiful arrangement though!
