I have order times several before and this is the second time I am not happy with my order. I ordered an arrangement that had a pumpkin vase the picture had nothing Halloween on it -the arrangement that was sent has halloween decorations and more decorations than flowers. The arrangement is also small for being the deluxe arrangement. I also sent a sympathy card with this and a halloween arrangement was sent. I choose this one because it was a fall looking arrangement. I'm very disappointed with the arrangement and size.

The online instructions were very concise and I appreciated the time expiring notice. I saw a picture of the bouquet once it was received by my daughter. It was fresh and beautiful!
Computer friendly. Pictures accurate. HOWEVER: I was extremely disappointed to find out that my daughter's and son in law's anniversary gift was delivered in TWO different parcels FOUR hours apart! The first parcel was a box of chocolate covered strawberries delivered at approximately 11:30am with NO card, so they didn't know who they were from! Also, they did NOT receive the floral arrangement delivered that included the card until almost 4:00pm! So they had to wait all that time to find out who sent them the candy & flowers! I thought they would be delivered at the same time since both items were placed in the cart at the same time in the same order. Again, I was very disappointed in your delivery process and even worse, so was my daughter. I'm sorry to say, but I have no plans to order from your website in the future if I ever have a need to order more than one item at a time.
