SO FRUSTRATING when you think it is a same day item after going through entire ordering process in the morning only to learn in the afternoon when it's too late to get same day elsewhere that they can't find anyone to do it. Would rather have them be certain and not offer same day than for gift not to arrive on time even if gift upgraded. Product quality is very important but timing is equally important most times.

The order process was quick - but the product received...yuck! Very unhappy with the 'Florist's Choice'. :( This was for a co-workers birthday and they look like a joke. The only way I would consider ordering again is if a new beautiful replacement were to be sent. IF any of the other examples/photos shown were sent I would be ok with the price. But there was no color coordination at all, again, yuck. Very disappointed.

I placed 3 orders. The one order was supposed to be in a white metal container with flowering plants. The picture the recipient sent me was all greenery in a pot?!? Now I wonder what the other 2 orders looked like.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
