Excellent! I received an e-mail that the flowers were delivered, but I did not actually speak with the person who received the flowers. I am assuming they were delivered and the arrangement was beautiful.
I've used your site reliably in the past and have been very pleased. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the message transmission that was delivered to the beloved, bereaved family member who experienced a sudden and tragic loss. The concluding portion of a condolence message we struggled to draft was abruptly suspended so that the recipient was unable to ascertain who sent the sympathy plant (part of our sympathy message, our affectionate closing, as well as our names were omitted from the card she received with our plant). That came as a shock because the order confirmation received by email conveyed a complete, unadulterated message we intended to send it. FromYouFlowers.com was dutiful in following up to confirm that status of the delivery as we'd requested and conveyed our sentiments to our loved one by phone. Customer Service offered us a credit towards a future purchase and, because we've had good experiences in the past, feel comfortable using this service one again. I'd recommend taking advantage of ForYouFlowers.com's offer to assure that your delivery is confirmed each and every time. I've rarely took advantage of this step but I'm certainly glad I did given the sensitive occasion.

The $15 handling fee was an unwelcome surprise. Recipient sent me a picture. Much smaller than I expected. Nice looking basket though. Paid for same day delivery, but wasn't received until office was mainly closed for the day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
