Was fine - just didn't realize till LAST PAGE, that the handling was $14.99- a little disappointed. Sorry, but this was a horrible display. The basket looked reused and ratty. There looked to be only 2 plants. I know I ordered a small and not a large - but this was pitiful. And for it going to my daughter in a hospital...well, it was very disappointing on my part.

I chose fromyouflowers.com because they said they were able to do same day delivery. Once the order was placed I was called and informed they could not deliver same day. A little false advertising don't you think. I was offered a discount not to cancel my order which I opted to accept. Then the flowers that were delivered looked absolutely nothing like the photo of the bouquet that I picked and looked like it cost less than half the price of the bouquet I picked online. They didn't even bother to use a colored vase like the photo. Very, very disappointed. I will most likely never use them or the florist they chose, Darling Flowers in Olive Branch Mississippi ever again. I spend a lot of time looking for and subsequently choosing the perfect bouquet of flowers for my friends and family and to have them receive a subpar bouquet of flowers that looks nothing like what I actually chose for them is just plain annoying.

The flowers ordered were suppose to be yellow/orange color (the oak & fall roses deluxe)! The ones delivered were poppy colored with very little fall foliage! I did file a complaint & received a $20.00 gift certificate for a future order! My customer service Representative was very professional!
What was pictured on the website and what was received were totally different. The picture showed the roses with another group of flowers filling out the display. What was received was the roses and very few other, about half, of the other flowers to fill out the display. I am extremely disappointed.

So easy to place an order! And great selection. Although the site says "same day delivery", my dad didn't get his flowers until the next day. Fortunately, it did not matter in this case. He called me when he got the arrangement and said it was "spectacular!" Thank you!
