The flowers were beautiful & made my daughters day!
I called 10 minutes after placing thev order and requested that a typo be fixed. I was assured that the florist had received the request and would take care of it. My sister sent a photo of the plant and the card. The typo was not corrected and what was supposed to be a medium full arrangement, was in fact rather skimpy and boring. A few of the flowers were even withered.
Easy. But the wine spectator magazine thing was confusing as to which address it would be going to. Where I shipped the flowers or to my billing address. Furthermore there was no option to change where the magazine would go.
With regards to delivery time it was actually too quick. I waited right to the end of the deadline so that it would arrive later in the day. She didn't start at work until 4:30 and I figured it would take at least an hour or two to process put together and deliver. To my surprise it arrived in less than an hour from when I ordered it. I wasn't too upset but just surprised.
With regards to price: I ordered a premium arrangement and from what my girlfriend received it appeared at best to be the mid-tier size but definitely not the premium arrangement as described by the pop up box.
The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy.

The questions about satisfaction are sent MUCH too early. I sent flowers as a gift. I know that they were delivered but I have not spoken with the person receiving to see if the flowers were fresh and attractive.

The delivery confirmation button onsite was not working, so I called and was placed on hold for 25 mins.

I felt your website was confusing as far as delivery dates. I expected my flower delivery to be same day but when I called at the end of the day was told it was a next day delivery item.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
