I placed an order Saturday morning expecting it to have been delivered that day. I was called right before my 4hours delivery time with a rep explaining that it will not be delivered until Monday. It was for my elderly grandmother who spent her birthday alone in rehab for her leg. Because it was rescheduled to be delivered on Monday, when I called my grandmother at 3pm, I expected it to had already had been delivered. It had not been. I then sat at work on the phone attempting to reach ANYONE in customer service for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I don't feel as if the company is well staffed or well versed and what customer service is. When I originally called to place my order, the young woman sounded as if she did not want to be at work or even on the phone with me. A floral company should have pleasant people, or at least people who can pretend to be, operating the phones. This was a mess. Thankful when my grandmother received the flowers they were nice enough for her however, that doesn't change the fact that she was sad, alone and gift less on her birthday. I live 5 hours from her and I depended on flowers bought through your company to make her day. I am displeased.

The site was very easy to navigate and the pricing was very competitive. Hope my recipient loves it.

The recipient sent me a photo of the Fruit basket that I ordered form you. The ribbon and bow on the basket really looks ratty. Not at all professional. Not happy with the appearance of the product.

Bad idea

It is a long story but I had placed an order for 2 bouquets of sympathy flowers to be sent to my two older siblings who live in another state. First, I never did get an order confirmation email receipt (via email or by any other method) so that I would be able to track it and make sure that the flowers were delivered. One sibling got her flowers, the other did not. I called this company and I was on hold for probably 15 minutes before anyone answered, then I was on hold for another 15 minutes while they called the local florist that they used, to find out what happened. The customer service person said that both both flower deliveries were made and that they were signed for. I wanted to know what local florist they went through and they refused to tell me. They kept saying they were "sorry" but they offered no solution or alternative to my issue to resolve it. None whatsoever. I'm sorry too, that I didn't read any online reviews before laid my money down; we just wanted to save money, but we didn't. My only recourse was to have the transaction disputed, which I've done, because I refuse to pay for what was not delivered, and I will NEVER use this online flower delivery service again, nor would I recommend it to others. If I could give it NO stars, I would.

Overall I give it four stars. One thing that would be nice is that after the delivery you get a call or a text so you know the flowers have arrived to its destination, because I was anxious and worried all day if the flowers were going to arrive on time, and I wouldn't have had to check my email every hour.

Your ads said you could get an arrangement as low as $19.99. I found one I liked for $25.99, but nowhere did it say that there was a $14.99 handling charge. I am disappointed and feel deceived that my order totaled $42.98, even with a $7.00 "discount". I did hear from the people who received the flowers and they were happy with the arrangement. Delivery was timely also.
