I sent a flower arrangement for my girlfriend for our one year anniversary. The flowers were not very pretty and even worse they attached a balloon that said Happy Birthday (I did not even order a balloon)! Really! Embarrasing to say the least!

The incorrect flowers were delivered

The incorrect flowers were delivered. The arrangement received was of lesser quality than original purchase. Original compensation was not valuable. Customer service agent was genuine and expressed empathy and did all he could, but the final resolution still left me unsatisfied. A full refund was offered, with the possible threat that the florist can repossess the flowers after delivery... That's crazy. Had the correct delivery of the order happened, my experience would have been flawless. I understand the error was not on fromyouflowers, but most likely on the florist, but I will still be hesitating with my next purchase.

I am pleased you deducted the delivery charge...it made the difference in my selection...but after seeing the flowers that were delivered it looks like the 'flowers' were also reduced...only 2 sunflowers...photo shows three...and no tulips...the description of the bouquet mentions tulips...I was thinking to ask my grandson to buy the flowers and deliver them...and I would give him the 15 dollar delivery charge...then you offered to deduct this cost and I confirmed my order...Hummmm!...all else was good...ordering is easy, information was correct...delivery was on time...

I thought I ordered flowers with a balloon but it turned out to be just a bunch of balloons? I'm not happy. I paid to much for a $10 balloon bouquet! Also added candy for. $14.99 and got a $5 box of Russel Stovers! Ridiculous!

I wish there was a place to designate a delivery time in addition to the delivery date. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the online and telephone customer service.

I called and spoke to someone before placing the order and she said I could state the delivery time on the line with the delivery address, so I did that. I specified that the order needed to be delivered prior to the start of the service at 10:00 A.M. The UPS driver delivered it at 10:30 A.M. and interrupted the middle of the service. So I am pretty upset about that.
