I was extremely pleased with my order. The flower arrangement exceeded my expectations! The example online was beautiful but they were even better in person! I wish I could include a picture in my review so I could show off how absolutely gorgeous the flowers were. I placed my order on a Saturday, late in the afternoon. As it turned out, all the local florists had closed for the day and I had missed the order time cut off for same-day deliveries. I didn't realize this until the company personally called me after I placed my order. They were very apologetic, even though the website clearly stated a time limit for Saturday orders to be delivered same-day. I had missed the cut off and it was my mistake. Regardless, they volunteered to refund the same-day delivery fee and upgrade the flower arrangement. I thought they went over and above to resolve an issue that was completely my fault. The representative who called was friendly, efficient and helpful. My order was delivered first thing that following Monday and it was perfect. I really appreciated the personalized customer service. I will use this company again next time I need to order flowers.

Relatively easy ordering. My sister said it was the prettiest arrangement she had ever received and that she intended to write the florist a personal note.
I was using a credit from a previous bad experience, then I am forced to buy a more expensive arrangement to use the credit. Then the screen defaulted to "expedited" delivery that I did not ask for. It appears as if you are really trying to trick and force customers to spend more. I find it dishonest!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
