The site is so very easy to use and the flowers are top quality! Plus, they have fast accurate delivery every time.
Easy peasy. The delivery arrived at 5:00pm. I would have preferred an earlier delivery as the family in receipt of the flowers (Thanksgiving holiday gathering,) were about to head out someplace else for dinner. It would be helpful to have a preferred delivery time i.e., before/after Noon to choose from when making the order. Other than that, their feedback about the arrangement was that it was beautiful. Thanks so much.

These items were both delivered to other parties so, I never saw them. I did see a high resolution photo of one of the items delivered to one of my daughters and I noticed that some of the green foliage had bug damage (bug eaten). My daughter didn't complain but you did ask for a comment.
This was a gift delivered out-of-state for my sister. She was very pleased not only with the arrangement, but also with the fact that the florist called to make sure when someone would be home so the flowers would not be left outside.
Handling fee is almost as much as I spent on entire order
Plant delivered was not what I ordered. Price and color were the same. That doesn't help as I had hoped the plant (mums) could be planted outside. The plant (miniature roses) will not survive the winters here. It is acceptable but disappointing.

My recent order was not only loved by the recepient but that the delivery person left a note in their mailbox letting them know where the flower arrangement was because no one was home at the time of delivery nad didn't want it to be taken by someone else. That was great!
