Everything went smoothly until trying to check out... some problem getting through the credit card process. The flowers ordered look lovey, I'm hoping they arrive as beautiful as they look on your site. If so, I will place more orders through this company.
Disappointed with delivery. Paid an additional $4.99 to have the flowers delivered December 4th before noon. My sister explained the flowers were delivered sometime in the afternoon of December 3rd. She had no idea the flowers had even been delivered as no notification was made. Her husband found them sitting on the front porch on his way out to go shopping. She did say the arrangement was gorgeous but wouldn't have even known flowers had arrived if not for my brother-in-law leaving the home. For me, that's unsatisfactory.
As for the floral arrangement... she was very happy. For that, I would like to thank you.

Paid extra to have to by 12 pm. Didn't get it until 530 pm. What was the point in paying extra. The flowers were lovely. The service botnao much. The girl who delivered was friendly and nice but why didn't I get my flowers till 5pm.

I ordered a centerpiece for the holidays. The one that was delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered on line. It was much smaller and did not have the candle globe on the candle. I was disappointed when I received a picture of the arrangement. I have worked in a florist most of my young adult life and I know that the shop figured that I would not see the finished product; so they sent what they wanted. Not pleased with the arrangement.
I was a little disappointed although the arrangement was nice, it was not as pictured. The picture had holly leaves and berries, which there were none of. It had a lot of greenery like sprigs of evergreen, but no holly leaves and berries.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
