For the most part, the flowers we received were great. I was disappointed in the banners on the flowers because they were so small you didn't even know they were there. My only other disappointment was the arrangement for "sister", it was smaller than I would have liked, even though I selected the Premium. They were beautiful, however, as were all the flowers. I would use this site again.

Only complaint, you should make the Service/Handling charge more clear earlier in the ordering process so we know what the final charge is adding up to. As a repeat customer, I have learned to expect this but it may be a surprise to first time customers. However, I have found your service to be great, and the flowers delivered on time and looking great so I do recommend your company.
SURVEY NEEDS TO COME AFTER THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED FOR ALL QUAILITY ISSUES, THE FLOWERS WERE SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE IMAGES, BUT OVER ALL A GOOD JOB, EASY TO USE AND YES I WOULD USE IT AGAIN.

I would add a special instruction box at time of order,in my case there is a gate on our apartment building that the person delivering had problem geting in. If had the box I could left the code to get in like UPS and amazon delivery people have

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
