The recipient of the arrangement was quite pleased with the arrangement. It was delivered in a timely fashion. I'm a former florist and the arrangement I ordered seemed to be just right for the occasion. I would use them again.
Arrangement didn't look anything like the picture. Wasn't bad but still disappointed in how it turned out. She loved it so I guess that's all that matters.

The flowers I ordered were delivered on the day requested. However what was delivered was significantly different from the flowers pictured on the web page and no where near as attractive.

The site was easy to navigate and complete the order. The dissatisfication came from the delivery which was promised and confirmed incorrectly, on Friday (same day as ordered). In fact, the delivery did not happen until the following Tuesday --FOUR DAYS LATER. Very disappointing considering I paid extra to get it delivered same day

I wanted something special for my sister's birthday. Not the run of the mill flowers that can be ordered anywhere. I was astonished when I saw the flowers she received. I've never seen a more beautiful arrangement. They look like a painting. Living in Texas. I was always leary of sending flowers. But, growing up in Dayton, I remembered the Obehers name. If you want beautiful flowers, every time, without worry, call them. You won't be sorry.
As a continous returning customer, i personally default to your services i truely find the floral prices reasonable.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
