Doesn't look anything like the picture. Could have gone to safeway and bought flowers and done a better job myself. Won't be using this service again.
So far so good. My order was delivered when requested. The recipient was quite pleased and thought it was quite beautiful. They sent me a picture and indeed it was really nice! I also sent candy with it and was told how good it was. I would definitely use this site again and recommend to others.
The planter was half the size I expected. Perhaps my own fault. I'll look to see if the website specifies size but was disappointed to see how small it was.
I needed a same day delivery for my mom. I guess i ordered a little late cuz they said that it wasnt processed soon enough. It got delivered the next day in the afternoon, which was ok, but the price was a little more than i liked. The basket is pretty, tho so that was great.

It's been good so far but I wish the Service/Handling fee comes in earlier in the process so that I don't find out that charge at the very end.

I was very disappointed that the delivery was a day late as it was for my sister's birthday. I know these things happen because I'm a retired floral designer myself. Just sorry it happened to me.
Paid for same day delivery. Never was delivered. After speaking to 3 different customer service reps they finally sent out a second order the next day. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing. The only positive was the 3rd representative Denise, who resent my order and made sure it was delivered. She was the only one of the 3 that actually called me back even though the 1st two promised to get back to me. I will never make the mistake of using this place again.
I think you should be more upfront about your s&h charges. It's deceptive to not mention it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
