It was a gift and delivered to the location I requested. I never saw it but was told it was nice
First order was the incorrect flowers that were delivered. Then they resent the correct flowers the next day. Which they stated that they were going to upgrade which was a lie, because they don't even look full like the original request that I purchased. Plus if you want it to be a surprise forget it. The florist contacted my fiance to see what time she worked until.
I received a picture of the bouquet that was delivered to my daughter today. They are beautiful and look exactly like the picture on your website, however, I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement as it is quite a bit smaller, with fewer flowers than the picture on your website. I had upgraded and and the size is more like the original arrangement. This is my only disappointment...for the price I think it should of had more flowers in it. Thank you!

This has been the 2nd time ordering from this company. The first time the order was missing items and the flowers were so horribly put together it looked nothing like what I purchased. I decided to use this company again and send flowers to my sick friend. She sent me a picture of what she received and it looked nothing like what I purchased and the tulips were opened up and overall was not worth the money spent.

Called customer service with question. The young lady was very accommodating, adding delivery instructions to my order. The flower shop called the cell phone number of the recipient's mom to be sure they were home before they were delivered. All went well. Our 13 year old grand daughter was thrilled when she came home from school and they were displayed on the table. Thank you.
It was easy to navigate your site and find what I wanted. My mother is in a nursing home and received the beautiful Christmas tree arrangement of flowers on the promised delivery date.
