Update: my friend sent a photo of the flowers she received. She was very happy with them, and they were quite beautiful, but they did not look very much like the photo. They also added a poinsettia which was not in my original order. My friend has a dog and although poinsettia is not lethal to pets, it can make them sick, which is why I didn't originally choose a poinsettia. It was also a much different container. But I also understand that floral products will vary by season and by florist. I am not displeased with the plants; they just looked much different than described. I am still quite happy with the purchase and would order again because the prices are very reasonable and the whole process went so smoothly.
The 1st arrangement that was delivered wasn't like the picture. So I called the local florist & they apologized & made a new arrangement that looks very similar to what was ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
