My sister Evelyn Romero Arrangement was nothing like the picture. Nothing. I won't paid for it more than 15 dollars. I called and they are requesting a new arrangement as the photo. It had no roses. Only small spread carnations. The case was a square not even a vase. Very dissapointed with one of them. The other was ok. It also could be more fuller like the picture. That one was for my mother Rosa Cruz
The bit at the end about the People Magazine subscription was deceptive and rude...not happy with that underhanded garbage.
Please be more upfront about shipping costs, I bought the product anyhow, but that cost was more than I expected.
Overall satisfied. Got a little worried that only 2 of the 3 orders were delivered at the same time, but the 3rd was received a little while later. Beautiful arrangements!
I don't like the trickery in the handling and special delivery fees. It's already expensive enough, at least make it very clear up front that it will cost you over $20 to get same day delivery. I was going to cancel my order. I'LL reserve my yelp and other on line evaluations of your business until after delivery!
