I've always been completely satisfied with your flowers, delivery & customer service.
They never delivered them.i ordered them saturday to be delivered monday.i asked mom how she liked them, and she never got them.i did not get any notice nor anything...i have never used these people before.i did use a coupon that had free shipping and handling.really good deal.i am afraid to hear what they look like...probably one daisy in a mason jar.

Easy online ordering. I paid for same day delivery but that didn't happen. They were quick to let me know and refund the delivery charge but unfortunately the delay meant the flowers were delivered when no one was home. The arrangement is beautiful.
I paid for a Premium Anniversary Florist designed arrangement, which was small, the water is dirty and has an oder.
The flowers arrived very wilted...we have tried cutting the stems under warm running water...placing them in water right away...using the packet of food...but after 5 hours...they are a dissappointment...AND I had no idea they would come in a box...and have to arrange...? Do not think I will order again...sorry. I usually get better results from you.

I ordered a Christmas tree arrangement. It was very festive, arrived in perfect condition & is lovely... Only negative is that it could have used a few more carnations as it was the deluxe selection, but it is still quite beautiful! Thanks for your great work!
It didn't match the picture, and was missing some features. So I was disappointed, paying over $60, I thought the product would have at least matched. But I'm thankful it was a same day delivery and was delivered on time.
No obvious upfront mention of handling fees which were $14.99. After discounts, this raises total price by nearly 50%. Leaves a bad taste. Feels like you were trying to take advantage of us.
Why hide the fees until checkout? Guarantee this is going to drive away future business. Just because the competition does it, does not justify the behavior.

Very easy ordering
This is the second time I have ordered. First was good, a suggestion,, handling charges should be already included in price instead of at the end. I would order more that way I know what I can spend ahead of time being on a budget. Thanks,, looking forward to another great flower delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
