It has all been on time and as advertised apart from the charges added on for handling and delivery. If it says same day same price it should not have delivery charges added. Then the handling fee comes at the end you have accepted without any prior notice of the cost.

It was such a pleasant surprise to hear by phone the excited, happy responses from the two family members to whom I sent fruit baskets with boxed chocolates! They live on opposite sides of the country, so I was especially pleased to hear both baskets were large and filled full with varieties of good fruit, and the chocolate boxes were larger than I expected! My messages were accurately included, for which I am grateful. The offer of $10 off a second order made my gift buying easier for my cross-country relatives.
Next day delivery was especially appreciated, and delivery was prompt. Yes, I plan to make future orders, and I can confidently recommend your company.

Final price was a little higher than I thought it would be since the flowers were suppose to be $31.99 not $49. But I'll see what the quality is. These were a gift and she was thrilled with them but I still think they were wrong on the price and it looks a little like false advertising

Arrangement sent did not use any red flowers, used stargazers not asiatic lilies or freesias...and certainly did not have a unique vase. I might as well have ordered the florist choice.
