The flowers I purchased took more than 7 hours to deliver. By the time they arrived the recipient had left for the day. They say over night on the desk. By the time the recipient saw them half of the flowers had started to wilt. I contacted customer service and I received a half hearted apology. I found this whole experience to be disheartening.

Well, I paid for the sleigh with flowers and received a cup with flowers. Not happy. Why do you even put certain items to purchase when the buyers wont receive what they think they are getting. Very dissappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
