Had a less than satisfactory experience last year. Was given a credit to use on a future purchase. When placing this order, you had a promo that day and it wouldn't allow me to use the previous credit. I sent an email and was told you couldn't apply two discounts for the order which was close to $ 100.00. Dissapointed, I placed the order anyway. When I saw the bouquets last night, was dissapointed again in the quality. They were delivered on Friday and were already pretty wilted and were much smaller than I anticipated for the price. I had even elected to purchase the deluxe. Won't be ordering again.
Easy, nice selections and pretty good prices but a little higher S & H price. I confirmed that the order was delivered but it went to my sister in another state so I didn't get to see the flowers up close and personal. She seemed to be pleased.

My family loves the flowers
If you go look at what I ordered it had a lot of roses in the Christmas arrangement tree but what they sent had carnations and no roses 81.00 is to much for carnations. I expected to get at least what was pictured
The flowers I ordered were actually much more impressive than I imagined from the online picture. I ordered a regular size and believe a deluxe size was sent. The delivery was delayed by one day but for the price and knowing that the flowers were still delivered in a timely manner I would definitely order from them again. So far I've ordered flowers twice for my mother from another state and I've been pleased with the results and so has she.

UPDATE: Mom received her flowers and she was pleased with them. However I am not. I paid $70.00 so I could get the best, most professional bouquet possible but the arrangement was simple and not impressive. It felt like it could've been more full and lush for the extra fee charged. The arrangement from Flowers.com was more expensive but a lot more beautiful. I don't think I'll be a returning customer nor will I recommend Fromyouflowers.Com to anyone.

This was a gift which the recipient did receive on the scheduled date I had picked. I had requested the recipient to send me a picture of the flowers as am always skeptical when am not able to see what I am paying for once delivered. The flowers were not as pictured & looked a little skimpy for the fact that I upgraded to the premium price! I was expecting a lot closer to the picture as described & they sent pink Tulips? This was supposed to be a Xmas bouquet of red & white with berries & Pine Cones--there was one spray of berries & 1 pine cone in it. Overall it was ok looking but disappointing that it was not closer to as they had pictured as that's what made me choose that particular bouquet!
The flowers are always beautiful and look just like the photos. Also very affordable compared to other websites. BUT...This time I ordered... different story. It was my Aunt's last Christmas so I ordered her the beautiful little Christmas tree (since she was too ill to put one up herself). She had sent a picture to me thanking us for the thoughtful gift. The picture was not like on your website. There was hardly any roses and some other white flower was in it instead and it just looked poorly arranged. Not at all what I had thought it would look like. Very disappointed.
The flowers that were delivered were not what I asked for. It had lots of pinecones and very little flowers. There was suppose to be a red candle holder in the center. It was a single candle that looked very old. I upgraded and was extremely disappointed. I seriously could have gotten more for my money going to a grocery store and buying their premade center piece. I was so embarrassed when I was shown the centerpiece. Knowing how much I spent and what was their. I hope that something will be done. In the past I have always been very happy with the flowers and have recommended many people to use you. So So disappointed this time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
