My last order was EXCELLENT in every respect. Many compliments on both funeral arrangements. I live in The Southern Tier of NY and flowers were sent to Fairborn, OH. Outstanding service and arrangements.

The bouquet was mostly red and blue carnations but for some reason, the florist decided to include a single white carnation at the very bottom corner. Ruined the symmetry. Would've been ok if it was centered. Also, it was a hand written note which is fine but it had terrible calligraphy.

The man that delivered the flowers was excellent though as he waited for more than 10 min at the front door until I had the chance to call him back because no one was at the house.

Shipping too high! Flowers did not resemble a birthday cake at all. Looked like they were just thrown together. Not worth more than $15.

The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. There was no blue. It was mostly green stuff with a little other color in the mix. If I knew it was not going to look like what I ordered, I would have moved on and gotten flowers from someone better. I am not happy at all with the product.

I ordered Fiesta roses, that were to have red on the tips of yellow roses and the actual flowers delivered were very pale yellow that didn't look very good with the little bit of white filler. Unfortunately since the delivery was a two day to the location I needed, vs the next day, the recipient (recently widowed) had already left town.
