You need to update the billing section to include people ordering from overseas. There was no option to select Australia in the billing section.

The flowers that were delivered were not the size I requested, I payed extra for the upgrade but the size was the standard as per the picture on your website. This was disappointing.

Website is easy to navigate, ordered from California Thursday to be delivered in Fort Wayne-Indiana on a Sunday. No extra charge for Sunday delivery is a BIG PLUS. Updates of order by email are prompt. Prices are adequate. Services and delivery time are EXCELLENT. Very well arranged vase with quality flowers. Good size quality chocolate box.

This was my first time ordering from this site and it was easy enough. It would have been better if I knew exactly what would be in the basket or be able to make recommendations.

There was an issue with the order but From You Flowers remedied the situation quickly. Their customer service was exceptional.

I ordered from you, in order to send a black balloon bouquet, but when it was received, it was anything but black. It looked like a clown. Red, blue -and yellow. Disappointing, considering I was ordering for a group of people.

I should ran as soon I had so much difficulty placing order. I had to repeatedly go over my information because the girl couldn't correctly type my name or delivery information. Then she wouldn't read back my information to confirm it was correct. So the critical detail in the order was that it was suppose to be delivered next day by 9am. Next day 11am rolls around no call and no delivery. I called the Fromyouflowers customer service and they tried to give me some story that I should have paid another special delivery fee to guarantee it would be there by 9am. She never explained to me the extra fee or that it would be necessary so my order would arrive at the agreed time delivery time of 9am. Then I try to cancel and the customer service rep put me on hold over and again until almost 20 minutes later I was finally able to cancel. DON"T USE FROMYOUFLOWERS.com
