Website is easy to navigate, ordered from California Thursday to be delivered in Fort Wayne-Indiana on a Sunday. No extra charge for Sunday delivery is a BIG PLUS. Updates of order by email are prompt. Prices are adequate. Services and delivery time are EXCELLENT. Very well arranged vase with quality flowers. Good size quality chocolate box.
The flowers did not resemble the photo online at all - and I bought the middle option, not the bottom option.

I ordered from you, in order to send a black balloon bouquet, but when it was received, it was anything but black. It looked like a clown. Red, blue -and yellow. Disappointing, considering I was ordering for a group of people.
I should ran as soon I had so much difficulty placing order. I had to repeatedly go over my information because the girl couldn't correctly type my name or delivery information. Then she wouldn't read back my information to confirm it was correct. So the critical detail in the order was that it was suppose to be delivered next day by 9am. Next day 11am rolls around no call and no delivery. I called the Fromyouflowers customer service and they tried to give me some story that I should have paid another special delivery fee to guarantee it would be there by 9am. She never explained to me the extra fee or that it would be necessary so my order would arrive at the agreed time delivery time of 9am. Then I try to cancel and the customer service rep put me on hold over and again until almost 20 minutes later I was finally able to cancel. DON"T USE FROMYOUFLOWERS.com
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
