YOU NEED TO HAVE BETTER DESCRIPTION OF FLOWERS. Include sizes with and without stand. Its hard to shop without knowing what you are getting. I called customer service and was advised that this was a huge arrangement when in fact was small and kind of embaresing compareds to other arrangements at the funeral home. I like the look but it was small.
Hope they come out great. First time to order flowers. I originally tried a popular company where they spike so horrible to me I chose not to order from them. So thank you!
Order was placed on 5 Jan 17 and it was delivered on 11 Jan 17. Not happy with the length of time that it was delivered. You have to do a better job if you want my business again.

The additional fees should be shown up front. People hate last minute fees when trying to quickly buy flowers for an unexpected tragic event. I would have bought more except you charge 14.99 for each item ordered going to the same person/same day in a hospital. You guys should be ashamed.
The site was easy to navigate. The service charge was a bit exorbitant. I ordered the premium "extra flowers", for the price I was very disappointed in the number of flowers. For over $60 I would have expected at least 10 flowers. The arrangement was pretty and the recipient was happy but for the price i thought it should have contained more.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
