She was happy to get her basket. She would have like the treats more had I been able to choose what kinds of things to put in. Nothing out of the ordinary mind you, common brands. Maybe you could add that? Like just one of the customers requested candies or a certain soda? Just my opinion.

I had to make the custom vase about five times it kept resetting on me. If it had done it one more time I would've gone with a different company please fix the customized vase website problems, otherwise great products and great price! Thank you!
My girlfriend was happy, and that is all that matters, but the picture she sent me on the product received was drastically of lesser quality than that presented in the website. I understand shipping can be rough on the arrangements; however, there were clearly twice as many roses in the online picture compared to what was received. For this reason I likely will shop elsewhere in the future. Don't false advertise, or improve quality control. You may make more profit once per customer, but likely are only to retain very few repeat customers. This is not likely to lead to a sustainable business. I only offer my opinion to help. Otherwise I'd just never shop at "fromyouflowers.com" again and just go elsewhere.
So far, so good. Next step will be if the flowers are delivered as promised, as pictured, fresh and ontime. First time buyer at this site. The flowers arrived fresh as pictured and on time. I'll be sure to use the site again in the future!

You advertise same day delivery but that wasn't the case. So my sons delivery wasn't there on his birthday which was disappointing

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
