I received an email saying the product was delivered when it had not been delivered. I called to find out where it was and got no response. I finally emailed and was told it was delivered again when it was not. It was finally delivered two hours later.

I paid more than $70 and it was less than 10 roses in a paper bag. I feel I was overpaying for it. I went to the hospital shop and paid $39 for a ceramic vase and a beautiful bouquet, very well arranged. My worst shopping experience ever.
DElivery was delayed, my friend had to pick up her plant from the Florist.
The order was a day late, I had to call customer service twice to find out what was going on. The $14.99 service and handling charges was not added into the final cost but was an unpleasant surprise on my credit card. I was told that there would be a free upgrade to my order since it was so late but there was no upgrade and the $10 gift certificate I was supposed to receive has not arrived either. I'm very disappointed with this experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
