In the picture it clearly shows 2 dozen or so red roses. My wife gets 5 pink roses & some carnations & baby breath for $65.00! Hahahahaha really guys? Buyer beware of the bait & switch. But they are fast. Lol

There were 3 grades of flowers offered. I ordered the top of the line; premium. From the picture I received of the product delivered it was far from being premium.
Beautiful lived the delivery in time
I gave the wrong address due to a typo but the flowers were already delivered and I reached out to customer service and they got the flowers back and delivered them to the right address! I was so happy since I was sending flowers to a family member to cheer them up on a hard day for our family. I'll definetly be back and I'll be recommending your company!

The recipient o my order did not receive what I ordered. The arrangement I chose was in a ceramic container and what she received was in a basket with a handle.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
