The bouquet was 100% different than what I had ordered. It was awful with huge green leaves hanging from the bottom. The flowers were left with long stems for the very tall vase which I paid for a smaller bouquet with a shorter vase. I'm assuming the florist tried to fill it with green. It looked HORRIBLE. I spoke with a customer rep and the incident was resolved. I was satisfied with that. Luckily my Aunt was a florist and I was able to "fix" the bouquet in a smaller vase.

I paid extra for morning delivery and the flowers cam at 3:00 pm after I contacted them. The smallish bouquet cost me $60. I let my guard down. Lesson learned.
This was atrocious, I followed your instructions to the letter! I had to continuously place order details, recipient details, PayPal details, it took an hour to complete and then you removed the 20% discount. Not good!

Since I didn't send the flowers to myself, I don't know how the product really looked. So the last question is not really fair! But, I assume it was beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
