The bouquet of flowers were a lot smaller than the picture. The pic is very deceiving. You should show a pic, exactly the way your going to deliver them. Won't be ordering from you again!

Some of the flowers looked a little past their prime, but all in all it was a nice looking boquet. I was a little surprised at the delivery fee - I feel like if I took the cost of the flowers plus the delivery fee, I could have gotten a nicer flower arrangement locally or picked them up myself.
I placed my order around 12:30pm on Sunday January 29th 2017 for guaranteed delivery in 4 hours. My order was then delivered on Monday January 30th 2017 around 10:30am. I had called customer service on Sunday anight hour after my order was placed apologizing for the wrong address on the delivery. The customer service rep was incredibly rude and seemed like I was putting her out by having to change the delivery address which was approximately 15houses away from the other address given. She also informed me that delivery was until 6pm for Sunday which I said was fine but my flowers were delivered 22hrs instead of guaranteed 4hrs? I'm glad the flowers were delivered and from what I hear are gorgeous but I will probably not seek this company again solely on the unprofessionalism of the customer service rep.

My accolades stop there. The delivery date of 1/26 was specified in the initial order and also in the subsequent emails sent to Customer Service, but the flowers were delivered on 1/25. I specifically requested the flower to be sent to an alternate address because it is my wife's workplace. She does not work on 1/25, so the surprise was ruined when the residents of this address texted her about the flowers arriving early. The arrangement itself looked nice, but the message was mis-copied onto the card (words were missing). I was not impressed with the experience and would like the situation remedied however it can be.

I had 2 orders of flowers delivered. The one's delivering for a funeral. I had to check on and was very nervous they were not going to arrive in time. The flowers did not look as good as the picture. The second order the flowers were nice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
