I did not receive the flowers, but sent them to someone else. I was just confused by the price I thought I was paying and then at the check out, there was not only tax, but a large service fee. I don't like when unexplained fees are added to an order. Otherwise, my mom liked her flowers

Great prices and quick delivery options compared to other sites. However, the delivered product didn't include all of the flowers/colors shown in the photo and wasn't quite what I expected. I'll likely order elsewhere next time.
Ease of order process and good prices.
The ordering of was quick and easy. It was delivered the same day. I didn't get to really see what was delivered but thru a picture as it was delivered to someone special who just had surgery. But in the picture she was smiling...priceless!
