I really appreciated the service and promptness. I know that the person I sent the flower to was very pleased with the results. I've not personally seen but from speaking with the person the delivered arrangement sounded very much like photo of the arrangement I selected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
