I called and asked for the flower to be delivered after 12:00 pm so that my mother would be home to receive them. The flower were delivered to another address than the address that I gave. The flowers likes nothing like the flower that where in the picture. There really was only six or seven flowers in a vase I could have done that my self and made it look better!

We reside in South Africa and the flowers were for my sister in Los Angeles. She received them on her Birthday as requested and I could not have asked fot a more easy, user friendly website to place the oder. Thank you! We will return next year!

I agreed the flowers to be delivered on Sunday but the recipient of my gift received them the previous day and I was not made aware of it. The recipient of the flowers, my girlfriend, was traveling on Saturday, and the delivery man texted her that he had some flowers for her, that spoiled my surprise, and the flowers were left in the reception of the apartment where she lives. I was a bit disappointed because it was not anymore a surprise delivery at that point. I inquired about the unexpected change of date, which was not communicated to me, and I received the answer that in Atlanta, where the flowers had to be delivered, there was no florist available on Sunday, which makes me wonder why I had that day as an available option in the website, for that city. Also, I wish that at least fromyouflowers.com would have sent me an email to me to advise about the change of plans in the delivery, before it was actually attempted in the wrong day. However finally my girlfriend got her flowers ok and she was happy with them.
My folks loved the flowers but I noticed some died within the next day from delivery.

The site was easy to navigate, but I could have used an early warning about what the delivery charges are. They only appeared after my order had been placed. I've ordered from other online florists before with lesser delivery charges, and might again in the future. But when this delightful arrangement arrived for my sister-in-law's 86th birthday, all sins were forgiven. The arrangement was a perfect bit of happy whimsy and she loved it.
Within a few hours of my online order from NC, my best friend who lives in AZ received exactly the balloon and flowers that I had wanted for her. That is SERVICE!
