So far so good we'll see once item has been delivered
They never delivered my order to the hospital for a newborn baby and his mother. However, through emails and phone calls they believe it was delivered and stated so. They did call twice they day of delivery, but were completely confused by my simple facts. Had they delivered it to the home address after failing to deliver to the hospital I would not complain. Instead, they lied and said it was delivered. This company is purely fraudulent and should be shut down immediately. Do not do business with them.

I was disappointed with the flowers that were delivered because they were no where as pretty as the ones pictured that I ordered! The ones pictured had 6 roses and the one delivered had one and I opted for the more expensive one.

I sent flowers, balloon, and chocolates to my sick father in a hospital in florida because he was on vacation l. I could not get to Florida to be with him, so I paid $20 extra for a balloon and chocolates to be included and they were not. I'm very very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
