Hello,
I ordered the premium "cotton candy" flower arrangement for a new baby girl gift. I received a picture from the recipients and it is nothing like the picture on your website. For a so called "premium" arrangement it looked more like a regular bouquet. I was expecting much more roses, and the arrangement did not look full at all.
For the price I paid, I am really not satisfied with the arrangement.
Will reconsider ordering from your website next time I need a flower arrangement. Sorry!
Hopefully great service for delivery today as this is a birthday gift. Recipient received the flowers which were lovely. I have used this site a few times now as my son and his wife and family live in the USA and would highly recommend!

This is an awesome place to get flowers. I'm I a long distance relationship and they are a fast and easy way to always send my girlfriend flowers when I'm away.
It was said to me by my friend that her co-workers were disrespected and cursed out because I had the flowers sent to the corporate office instead where she actually worked. She didn't lose her job but I believe that she was reprimanded.

The price you agree to when giving your credit card info is NOT going to be the price when you finally check out. Beware! Hidden fees galore. Of course, it's not a "delivery fee"... because they don't charge delivery fees. It's a "service fee". Ask them what it's for if you want a good laugh: "the quality arrangement and delivery from a local floral professional". Um... yeah...

Everything was great just didn't get the order same day as requested and was disappointing my daughter did not get her flowers on her day off on her birthday. She did however get them once she got off work today and was very happy. The quality was excellent!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
