I ordered "same day delivery" flowers from them and understood that I would be paying additional for that service. The flowers were more expensive compared to other online sites (almost double in cost), but I NEEDED same day. Ordered at noon my time, 11:00 a.m. the recipients time; the site states that if you order by 2:00 p.m. your flowers will be delivered same day. Now it is 10:30 p.m. my time and still NO FLOWERS! These were get well flowers following heart surgery!
Called them and they gave me a lame excuse that they couldn't find a florist to fill the order. They would be happy to refund $2.99 for the same day fee. I could have ordered better flowers for half the price with next day FREE delivery and no additional $14.99 service fee. I paid $58.00 for flowers that would have cost $19.99 from any other site, but with next day delivery!
I will NEVER purchase flowers through FROM YOU FLOWERS, because it is like they did come directly from me and I had to drive them from Florida to North Dakota with how late the flowers arrived.
Not fresh flowers
AS I shopped, price was always listed as 39.99, but at the very last review order step. The price was $49.00 plus a charge for delivery. I expected the delivery charge, but the switch to $49.99 was totally un-expected. There was also no return to order option. So, it was either order or start all over. Nobody likes a bait and switch. Now I am concerned you will not deliver the valuation of the item I purchased.
Flowers were for my mom's birthday... A bit expensive for the delivery...but she was very well pleased with the flowers.

I have used fromyouflowers.com many times in the past with great experiences. This particular experience I was extremely disappointed. The flowers arrived on time but the flowers looked like they were a few weeks old already wilting. The pedals are falling off and the flowers had no lively appeal to them. I was shocked to see them when my fiancee brought them home. For the cost I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the overall quality. I hope to hear from someone regarding this or I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future. I can provide an image of the flowers if necessary.

This was my first time ordering from this company as I normally order from (FTD - Flowers) but thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately I must say I'm disappointed with the flower bouquet. It resembles a $10 bouquet you would pick up at the local grocery store. Trying to save a few dollars on delivery was not worth it. For the same price on the other website the bouquet would have been double the size and include a much nicer vase. Shipping might have been more expensive, but this would have made up for the lack of satisfaction. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product...sorry.
