Beautiful flower arrange. It was quick and easy to send this thoughtful gift to my good friend.
Easy to order. Nice selection. I ordered a happy face cup for a vase, but it came as just a round happy face not a cup. Otherwise the flowers were beautiful.
The price was right but when I saw what arrived I was disappointed. It looked like half an arrangement, not full at all! And a few of the flowers were damaged; broken stems & flower heads.
Have tried you just once and all was satisfactory. This is my second time in two months.

Service Charge was a disappointment
My sister received her bouquet with vase on time. I ordered them the day before her birthday, and they delivered them in time on the following day. They were in great shape and what had been ordered. The price, I think, is quite reasonable for delivered fresh flowers.

This is my first and LAST time using this service. I order flowers the night before and paid for next day service plus delivery by 12:00 noon. This order was for someone's birthday who is a teacher. They are currently 5 hours late. Had to call customer service 10 times to get help. Was told once flowers would be there before 3:15 but still no delivery. Then they said they talked to the flourist who is delivering the flowers and said her driver did not answer his phone and would call me back in 10 minutes. Finally after an hour of wailing I received a call from them saying they still have not received a call back from the flourist. WORST BUSINESS EVER. STAY AWAY!

Goo, but the service fee is a little high
Overall I would use again. Shopping online was quick and easy, and same-day delivery was quick. While the delivery fee seems steep, I believe it is comparable to other similar businesses. And the extra charge for same-day delivery was very reasonable. I know this happens when you order things like this online, but the recipient did not get the same kind of plant that I actually ordered. It was nice, though (she texted me a pic), so I can't really complain.
Only took 2 hours from time of order to delivery. Wow

I was on a budget ordered flower andwas told free delivery. Then you put a 12.99 or 14.99 service free on it which i NEVER saw. I would not have ordered the chocolate and bear had i known about the service fee. Boo unhappy customer. Bad. No more bussiness from me.
