There were so many beautiful arrangements to choose from and it was hard to pick the best one!
When I order again, I'm going to ask you not to use the same florist again. The owner called my daughter and harrased her about the original order. Even told her she gave her a better deal then the old fashion one I had ordered. She was very intimidated
Very user friendly site to use. I have not seen the flowers myself but was told they were beautiful. They arrived when the should have. This is my second time ordering.
I did not understand why I was charged $2.95 becaused it was not delivered on the same day I(feb.22) ordered. I requeste it to be sent on Feb23rd, which it was.

Not as many roses or flowers received as shown in the sample for the higher priced bouquet. The colors were way off. I understand some substitution but it was a big difference. No problems with delivery. Overall, I'm disappointed.

The custom vase was a picture printed out in waterproof paper and inserted into the vase. Looked nice but not what was expected since that was not in the description online. The flowers are beautiful just not as lively as I expected. Hoping once the sit in water for a day they come alive a bit more.
Only issue I had was that I had to try to check out twice
