I had to redo my order several times due to my discount credit not getting calulated correctly with the currant product prices of items in my order/cart. As I mentioned after several redos the system finally corrected itself and added the information correctly.
The order I placed looked nothing like the photo posted on the Web site.
Just let us know about the additional service fee up front!
The website was easy to navigate through and use. Prices were a bit misleading with the picture being an "upgrade" compared to the price suggested, but very well explained once you clicked through all the areas to clarify which size/price you wanted. Disappointed that there was no way to know of the delivery fee either until the end of the order, that was a bit misleading as well when it came down to overall price. Also for ordering so early in the day, 7:30 am, it was a pretty late delivery time, after 3 pm. The product however what exactly what i ordered and the quality was spot on.

I am actually really disappointed. I paid a lot more for a premium large bouquet and it came smaller than anything i would find at kroger. I will not order again. I honestly want my money back. I was expecting a large full... WOW type of bouquet... thats why i chose the top tier. I should have just gone to kroger and picked my own. I had to call twice to find out where the flowers were and they barely got to the recipient before they left work on fri afternoon. For almost $70, i could have bought 3-4 dozen roses and made a WOW bouquet myself. This was my very first experience ordering flowers offline and i wont ever do it again. Really upset and irritated with what was recieved. Someone needs to contact me regarding this issue.
I sent these to my best friend because her dog passed away. She didn't receive them yesterday as promised but I was notified that for whatever reason they couldn't be delivered yesterday but would be, first thing this morning. Which they were. They were beautiful and just what I ordered. She sent me a couple of photos of them...they were beautiful. Shes thrilled and so, so am I. Thank you!

I thought customised vase meant picture will be printed on Vase but it was separate and needs to be put in. Bit not as it is shown.
Trying to sneak in an extra $4.99 for "expedited handling" was a little shady in my opinion. Stop trying stupid stuff like that, and you'll get a much better rating.
Order was not delivered on the delivery date I requested. When customer service was contacted nobody would hold accountability or tell me why the delivery date was not obtained. The order was instead delivered the day after I scheduled and was delivered later on in the day. When flowers are being sent for an occasion and they don't arrive when requested it is a bit of a bummer.
It was pretty easy. I like that the vase in included.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
