I wish it was priced a little less but other then that it was great I order them for my son in law who is in Japan serving our country because he want to send his Grandmother flowers being that she was in the hospital but he couldn't from Japan and asked me to do it for him
The arrangement was lovely but I was a little disappointed with the white roses as they were wilting after one day. Overall, I would purchase again.
What was received didnt look nothing like the picture on the webpage at all. Also it was delivered to the wrong place and they called my daughter to come pick up her flowers and stuff. I didn't appreciate that at all nor her number being accessible to a stranger.
Hopefully this time will be delivered on the date requested.

Placed order for same day delivery and wasn't delivered as promised.
Flowers did not look like in online pictures. It was delivered a day before her birthday, would have preferred her birthday like requested and approved online. A little two pricey for quality of flowers and vase was not at all like pictures.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
