That handling fee should be upfront with the pricing cost! The lillies looked a tad bit lifeless but the arrangement was still ok.
The flowers got deliverd on time which was great. But the bear I also order with the flowers was forgotten and didn't get delivered until the next day. But overall a good experience and would recommend your services.

I ordered this arrangement because of the sausage, cheese and fruit. I purposely picked out a basket without the large pineapple. Unfortunately the basket arrived without the sausage, and with candy and with a large pineapple. Again I did not order a basket with sweets. Evidently the person who made up the basket did not pay attention to what was ordered. I called and was promised that they were going to send a sausage over and called the recipients to tell them to expect the sausage and then received a call that they can not deliver the sausage. If I did not call I would have been charged for the whole basket and not told it was incomplete. The person making the basket up did not have the sausage and they thought the customer would not find out. Yes after I called they gave me a discount, but that does not solve the disappointment and I will never order from this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
